Data Collection: Collect transaction data related to the demand volume of polyester fabric dyeing processing from regular customers. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand volume analysis on the processed data using the formula: $P = [(a_1 / b_1) + (a_2 / b_2) + (a_3 / b_3)] * k$ Where: $a_1$ = minimum single-order quantity, $b_1$ = minimum single-order consumption amount; $a_2$ = maximum single-order quantity, $b_2$ = maximum single-order consumption amount; $a_3$ = average order quantity, $b_3$ = average consumption amount; $k$ is the consumption coefficient, which varies across regions. The empirical value of $k$ for Anhui region is 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers of "high", "medium" and "low" based on the calculated demand score: - High tier: marked for scores above 15000 - Medium tier: marked for scores within the range of 12000 to 15000 - Low tier: marked for scores below 12000 This classification helps enterprises better understand their customers.
