2022年1月海南召开全省“六水共治”攻坚战动员部署会提出，要系统推进“六水共治”，坚决打好治水攻坚战，为切实加强河湖管理保护，维护河湖健康生命，保障河湖功能永续利用，推出“六水共治”遥感监测产品。产品提供完善的核查系统，包括桌面端“六水共治”遥感服务监测系统和移动端“六水共治”核查APP，以吉林一号卫星影像为主要数据源，进行可视化遥感监测分析工作，实施每季度一次的卫星拍摄，检测疑似“四乱”行为，有效减轻河湖管理巡查工作强度，提高监管的工作效率。 通过获取每季度一次的高分辨率卫星遥感影像，对监测范围内河湖进行变化监测，快速准确地获取河湖范围内疑似“四乱”行为的位置、面积、类型等重要属性，提高河湖监管能力。产品的桌面端系统以及移动端可同步下发图斑和自查图斑等图斑数据，保障数据的一致性，为河湖监管工作提供强有力的数据保障。
In January 2022, Hainan Province held a mobilization and deployment meeting for the "Six-Water Governance" battle, proposing to systematically advance "Six-Water Governance" and resolutely win the water management battle. To effectively strengthen river and lake management and protection, maintain the healthy existence and vitality of rivers and lakes, and guarantee the sustainable utilization of their functions, the "Six-Water Governance" remote sensing monitoring products were officially launched. The products offer a comprehensive inspection system, comprising the desktop-based "Six-Water Governance" remote sensing service and monitoring system, and the mobile "Six-Water Governance" inspection APP. Leveraging Jilin-1 satellite imagery as the primary data source, the products conduct visualized remote sensing monitoring and analysis, implement quarterly satellite imaging to detect suspected "Four Chaos" violations, which effectively reduces the workload of river and lake management patrols and improves the efficiency of supervision work. By acquiring high-resolution satellite remote sensing imagery on a quarterly basis, the products perform change monitoring of rivers and lakes within the monitoring scope, rapidly and accurately acquiring key attributes such as the location, area, and category of suspected "Four Chaos" violations in river and lake areas, thereby enhancing the river and lake supervision capabilities. The desktop system and mobile terminal can synchronously distribute supervision image patches, self-inspection image patches and other related plot data, ensuring data consistency and providing robust data support for river and lake supervision work.
