執行兵役法第43條免除本次教育勤務點閱召集範圍基準

本項文件自民國72年11月22日訂定生效，曾經3次修正，最近一次為105年8月30日修正生效。茲配合現行召集作業實況，兼顧應召員家庭照顧與體恤女性懷孕、流產、哺育等生理及家庭狀況，爰修正免除召集基準及所需檢具證明文件，以符實需。This document was enacted and took effect on November 22, 1983 (the 72nd year of the Republic of China), and has undergone three amendments, with the most recent one taking effect on August 30, 2016 (the 105th year of the Republic of China). To align with the current practices of call-up operations, while taking into account the family care needs of personnel subject to call-up and considering the physiological and family circumstances of women such as pregnancy, miscarriage, and breastfeeding, this amendment revises the criteria for exemption from call-up and the required supporting documents to meet actual practical requirements.
