NOAA MADIS

NOAA MADIS（NCEP气象同化数据获取系统）是一个全球性的气象观测数据库和数据分发系统，由美国国家海洋和大气管理局（NOAA）下属的国家环境预测中心（NCEP）运营。该系统整合了来自NOAA及非NOAA来源的气象数据，包括地面气象、水文表面、多机构剖面仪、积雪和天气观测数据，并将其转换为统一格式进行质量控制。MADIS自2001年7月起向公众提供数据，通过与多个国际机构、政府部门、大学和私营部门合作收集和验证观测数据。NOAA MADIS (NCEP Meteorological Assimilation Data Ingest System) is a global meteorological observation database and data distribution system operated by the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This system integrates meteorological data from both NOAA and non-NOAA sources, including surface meteorological data, hydrologic surface data, multi-agency profiler data, snow cover data, and weather observation data, and converts them into a unified format for quality control. MADIS has made its data publicly available since July 2001, collecting and validating observational data through collaborations with multiple international organizations, government agencies, universities, and private sector entities.
