通过大数据分析某地区各个运营商的抄表率，评估各个运营商的通讯质量，反馈给燃气公司，燃气公司根据通讯质量排名可以后续进一步问询表具供应商燃气公司，确认通讯模组型号，为后续采购安装新燃气表适配选用移动、联通、电信通信模组参考；也可为城市建设运营商基站信号覆盖情况提供参考。1、数据获取 在金卡物联网采集平台上获取地区、运营商、运营商设备总数、运营商每日通讯设备总数、抄表日期。 2、规则设定 根据运营商设备总数、运营商每日通讯设备总数、抄表日期等信息，运营商每日通讯设备总数/运营商设备总数*100%,计算出单日运营商抄表率。根据单日运营商抄表率，按照分级规则单日运营商抄表率>=96%定义为高，94%<=单日运营商抄表率<96%定义为中，单日运营商抄表率<94%定义为低，对运营商通讯质量等级进行分级。 3、结果输出 运营商通讯质量等级 4、问题处置 根据该地区的运营商通讯质量等级分布，燃气公司可以为后续的燃气表适配通信模组提供参考；也可为城市建设运营商基站信号覆盖情况提供参考This dataset analyzes the meter reading rates of various telecom operators in a target region via big data analytics, to evaluate their communication quality and feed back the evaluation results to gas companies. Gas companies can further consult with gas meter suppliers regarding communication module models based on the communication quality rankings, providing references for selecting communication modules from China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom when purchasing and installing new gas meters in the future. Additionally, the dataset can also provide references for urban construction related to the signal coverage of operator base stations. 1. Data Acquisition Data including region information, operator name, total number of the operator's equipment, daily number of operational communication equipment of the operator, and meter reading date are collected from the Jin Card IoT Collection Platform. 2. Rule Formulation Based on the total number of the operator's equipment, daily number of operational communication equipment, meter reading date and other relevant information, the daily meter reading rate of the operator is calculated as: (Daily number of operational communication equipment of the operator / Total number of the operator's equipment) × 100%. According to the calculated daily meter reading rate, the communication quality level of the operator is graded under the following rules: High level when the daily meter reading rate ≥ 96%, Medium level when 94% ≤ daily meter reading rate < 96%, and Low level when the daily meter reading rate < 94%. 3. Result Output Communication quality level of the telecom operator 4. Issue Handling Based on the distribution of communication quality levels of operators in the target region, gas companies can obtain references for selecting suitable communication modules for subsequent gas meter installations, and the dataset can also provide references for urban construction regarding the signal coverage of operator base stations.
