Mithramycin A in known to bind DNA but its exact cellular mechanism of action is still unclear. We used Affymatrix GenFlex_Tag_16K_V2 microarrays to profile sensitivity of genetically barcoded S. cerevisiae gene deletion strains to mithramycin A Overall design: Two replicates per condition, i.e., two samples each for DMSO and Mithramycin A treatment were used.
