pCLE Probe-Tissue Orientation (pCLE-PTO) dataset

The pCLE data were collected using the Cellvizio system (Mauna Kea Technologies, Paris), by scanning lens paper and ex-vivo cow heart tissue. The samples were stained with 0.1% Acriflavin. The Smarpod microsurgical robot (SmarAct, Germany) was used to control the miniprobe. Smarpod robot rotation to collect pCLE data within a range of -10 degree to 10 degree relative to the normal of the object’s surface, taking steps of 0.5 degree. Our data collection yielded a total of 255 lens paper videos and 32 cow heart videos, each associated with specific probe-tissue orientations. We used 239 lens paper videos (9389 frames) for training, while 26 lens paper videos (1066 frames) and 32 cow heart videos (1312 frames) were allocated for testing.
本数据集的探针式共聚焦激光内镜成像(pCLE)数据通过Cellvizio系统(Mauna Kea Technologies,法国巴黎)采集,扫描样本涵盖镜头纸与离体牛心脏组织。所有样本均采用0.1%吖啶黄进行染色。实验使用Smarpod显微手术机器人(SmarAct,德国)控制微型探针,该机器人以0.5°为步长,在相对于物体表面法线的-10°至10°范围内旋转以采集pCLE数据。本次数据采集共获得255段镜头纸视频与32段牛心脏组织视频,每段视频均对应特定的探针-组织取向。其中239段镜头纸视频(含9389帧)用于模型训练,剩余26段镜头纸视频(含1066帧)与全部32段牛心脏组织视频(含1312帧)被分配至测试集。
