为保证车辆整车制动率的检测合格率,需要对车辆整车制动率进行把控。《机动车运行安全技术条件》(GB 7258-2017)中规定:整车制动率≥60%,本数据主要用于检测车辆制动率合格的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。对车辆整车制动率的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:W=(Na+Nb+Nc+Nd)*100%/0.98(a+b+c+d),式中:W为整车制动率,保留小数点后一位:Na为一轴左制动力,单位为10N,Nb为一轴右制动力,单位为10N:Nc为二轴左制动力,单位为10N:Nd为二轴右制动力,单位为10N:a为一轴左轮荷重,单位为kg:b为一轴右轮荷重,单位为kg:c为二轴左轮荷重,单位为kg:d为二轴右轮荷重,单位为kg。可得检测整车制动率合格数据。数据分析:将以上检测数据对比GB 7258-2017《机动车运行安全技术条件》数据要求,检测值≥60%为合格,而<60%为不合格。
To ensure the qualified detection rate of vehicle overall braking rate, it is necessary to monitor and control the vehicle overall braking rate. According to Technical Specifications for Safety of Operation of Motor Vehicles (GB 7258-2017), the overall braking rate shall be no less than 60%. This dataset is primarily used to detect qualified cases of vehicle braking rate, providing regulatory basis for supervision departments. The detection value of vehicle overall braking rate is calculated via the following formula: $frac{(N_a + N_b + N_c + N_d) imes 100\%}{0.98 imes (a + b + c + d)}$ Where: W represents the overall braking rate, rounded to one decimal place; $N_a$: Left braking force of the first axle, unit: 10N; $N_b$: Right braking force of the first axle, unit: 10N; $N_c$: Left braking force of the second axle, unit: 10N; $N_d$: Right braking force of the second axle, unit: 10N; $a$: Left wheel load of the first axle, unit: kg; $b$: Right wheel load of the first axle, unit: kg; $c$: Left wheel load of the second axle, unit: kg; $d$: Right wheel load of the second axle, unit: kg. Qualified detection data for vehicle overall braking rate can thus be obtained. Data analysis: Compare the above detection data with the requirements specified in Technical Specifications for Safety of Operation of Motor Vehicles (GB 7258-2017). A detection value ≥60% is considered qualified, while a value <60% is considered unqualified.
