This dataset is constructed for remaining useful life prediction models of two core components, fuel cell stacks and hydrogen storage tanks, and is divided into three modules: hybrid model, mechanistic model, and data-driven model. The hybrid model module collects voltage, mileage and operating condition sequences fused by semi-empirical and semi-mechanistic models and data-driven models; the mechanistic model module contains initial parameters and fitting results based on electrochemical-therm-mass transfer equations; the data-driven module preserves long-term voltage prediction data via neural networks and feature selection data. The dataset includes 800 hours of fuel cell performance degradation data, with parameter types covering time, current, hydrogen inlet and outlet temperatures, air inlet and outlet temperatures, coolant inlet and outlet temperatures, hydrogen inlet and outlet pressures, air inlet and outlet pressures, hydrogen inlet and outlet flow rates, air inlet and outlet flow rates, coolant flow rate, air relative humidity, and voltage. The full-process data has undergone strict parameter verification, normalization preprocessing, outlier removal and reinforcement learning-based fusion optimization, accompanied by unified metadata and processing scripts, providing high-quality, reproducible digital support for component structure optimization, test bench scheme design and online remaining useful life early warning.
