Learning causal networks using inducible transcription factors and transcriptome-wide time series

A small molecule transcriptional induction system is used to induce transcription factors (TFs) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Subsequent gene expression changes are used to train parametric models and make predictions of regulator-gene connections.该数据集采用小分子转录诱导系统在酿酒酵母中诱导转录因子（Transcription Factors, TFs），并通过后续采集的基因表达变化训练参数化模型，以实现调控因子-基因关联的预测。
