面向N型单晶TOPCon双面电池的结构设计，TOPCon双面电池模拟仿真数据集主要记录了模拟隧穿层SiOx对电池性能影响的原始数据及作图处理，还包括给定条件下的电池最高效率模拟数据。数据集数据集包括1个文件夹和一个pdf文件，文件夹下面包括6个文件，其中2个是原始数据。
This TOPCon bifacial solar cell simulation dataset is developed for the structural design of n-type monocrystalline TOPCon bifacial solar cells. It mainly records the raw data and plotting processing results of simulations investigating the impact of the tunneling layer SiOx on solar cell performance, as well as the simulation data of the maximum efficiency of the battery under given conditions. This dataset contains 1 folder and one PDF file, with 6 files included in the folder, 2 of which are raw data files.
