Applied to factory sheet material manufacturing production lines. By collecting real-time production data (such as length, width, thickness and other metrics) during sheet manufacturing, artificial intelligence models are trained to achieve virtual measurement and quality prediction. These models can replace or assist manual labor and traditional instruments in conducting dimensional accuracy inspection and surface defect detection. In addition, they optimize the cutting process by analyzing the cutting quality and efficiency of sheets under different cutting parameters, optimizing parameters including cutting path and cutting speed, and reducing cutting errors and material waste through process optimization.
