针对稀土熔盐渣结构进行一系列表征, 查清了渣的化学组成、元素价态及分布;揭示了氟氧化钕及稀土熔盐渣高温真空行为;探明了杂质氧化物的真空高温碳热还原行为:CaO、SiO2、Fe2O3可以与石墨碳反应,MgO反应可能性很低,Al2O3基本不反应,真空蒸馏前需除碳处理:探明了氟化锂和稀土氟化物的真空蒸馏工艺条件,适宜条件下氟化锂和氟化稀土可先后蒸馏回收;开发了氟化转化-真空蒸馏高效绿色提取同步回收稀土、锂及氟有价元素技术,稀土回收率92.67%、氟回收率97.51%、锂回收率99.98%。主要记录了稀土熔盐渣、稀土氟化渣、稀土除碳渣、一次真空蒸馏残余物、二次真空蒸馏残余物、一次真空蒸馏冷凝物与二次蒸馏冷凝物中稀土总量、锂含量与氟含量,由东北大学测试人员按照取样要求进行现场取样,并送第三方检测机构测试,对原始数据利用Excel、Origin等数据处理软件进行可视化、图形化处理。数据量为46.2MB

A series of characterizations were performed on the structure of rare earth molten salt slag, clarifying its chemical composition, elemental valence states and distribution. The high-temperature vacuum behaviors of neodymium oxyfluoride and rare earth molten salt slag were revealed. The high-temperature vacuum carbothermal reduction behaviors of impurity oxides were investigated: CaO, SiO₂ and Fe₂O₃ can react with graphite carbon, while MgO has a very low reaction probability, and Al₂O₃ barely reacts. Therefore, decarbonization treatment is required prior to vacuum distillation. The vacuum distillation process conditions for lithium fluoride and rare earth fluorides were determined. Under suitable conditions, lithium fluoride and rare earth fluorides can be sequentially distilled and recovered. A fluorination conversion-vacuum distillation technology for efficient and green extraction and synchronous recovery of valuable elements including rare earths, lithium and fluorine was developed, with recovery rates of 92.67% for rare earths, 97.51% for fluorine and 99.98% for lithium. This dataset mainly records the total rare earth content, lithium content and fluorine content in rare earth molten salt slag, rare earth fluorination slag, rare earth decarbonization slag, primary vacuum distillation residue, secondary vacuum distillation residue, primary vacuum distillation condensate and secondary vacuum distillation condensate. Field sampling was conducted by testers from Northeastern University in accordance with standard sampling requirements, and the samples were sent to third-party testing institutions for analysis. The original data was visualized and graphically processed using data processing software such as Excel and Origin. The total data volume is 46.2 MB.
