本数据集包括钨、钼喷涂及增材制造废料的高效提取研究、溶液的选择性沉淀分离研究、综合回收及工业化研究,包括试验过程中样品的化学元素检测分析数据、物相分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析等。主要包括:01化学分析,主要为钨、钼喷涂及增材制造废料及其焙烧浸出-沉淀除杂-离子交换纯化过程中样品的成分分析;02物相分析(XRD等),主要是钨、钼喷涂及增材制造废料、沉淀渣、浸出渣、煅烧渣、钨及钼粉等样品的XRD图谱;03电镜分析(SEM、EDS),主要是钨、钼喷涂及增材制造废料、沉淀渣、浸出渣、煅烧渣、钨及钼粉等样品的扫描电镜图片等;04照片,主要为钨、钼粉纯度检测结果报告图、钨、钼喷涂及增材制造废料等。

This dataset encompasses research on efficient extraction of waste materials from tungsten and molybdenum spray coating and additive manufacturing, selective precipitation separation of solutions, comprehensive recovery and industrialization, including chemical element detection and analysis data, phase analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis results of samples collected during experimental processes. It mainly includes: 01. Chemical analysis: primarily component analysis of samples from tungsten and molybdenum spray coating and additive manufacturing waste materials, as well as samples obtained during the roasting-leaching, impurity removal via precipitation and ion exchange purification process of such waste materials; 02. Phase analysis (XRD, etc.): mainly XRD patterns of samples including tungsten and molybdenum spray coating and additive manufacturing waste materials, precipitation residues, leaching residues, calcination residues, tungsten and molybdenum powders, etc.; 03. Electron microscope analysis (SEM, EDS): mainly scanning electron microscope images and corresponding analysis data of samples including tungsten and molybdenum spray coating and additive manufacturing waste materials, precipitation residues, leaching residues, calcination residues, tungsten and molybdenum powders, etc.; 04. Photographs: mainly charts of purity test result reports for tungsten and molybdenum powders, and photographs of tungsten and molybdenum spray coating and additive manufacturing waste materials, etc.
