Supplementary Figure 8. anti-gH antibodies limit virus dissemination whenused in combination with ganciclovir. (a-c) A summary of HCMV infection andcell-cell spread in ARPE-19 cells infected with AD169R in the presence ofantibody +/- ganciclovir (2.5 uM) based on hydridoma fusion. Images at 7dpi and the plaque number were calculated relative to virus alone controlson each plate. M2E10 and Cytogam were used as negative and positivecontrols respectively. Each condition was performed in triplicate and10,000 um2 was used a cutoff for plaque area.
