为准确得到港口大型装卸设施风荷载载特性,需要对港口风环境进行模拟,首先开展了港口大型装卸设施风环境模拟风洞试验,采用尖劈、粗糙元、锯齿挡板、地毯等粗糙装置对大气边界层的风剖面进行模拟,测量了港口大型装卸设施来流处的脉动风风速时程,为风荷载、风效应分析提供基础数据。对港口大型装卸设施进行了风荷载测力试验,用于进行压力数据与整体基底测力试验数据的校核。对风荷载基底六分力的测量有助于风振响应分析算法的校验和抗风设计方法的建立。采集时间为2023年6月-8月。风环境试验采样频率设置为1024Hz,每个样本采样时长为30s,每个测点采样样本长度为30720。风荷载测力试验采样频率设置为1000Hz,采样时长为60s,每个测点采样样本长度为60000。

To accurately obtain the wind load characteristics of large port loading and unloading facilities, it is necessary to simulate the port's wind environment. First, a wind tunnel test for wind environment simulation of large port loading and unloading facilities was conducted. Roughness devices including spiky wedges, roughness elements, serrated baffles, and roughness carpets were adopted to simulate the wind profile of the atmospheric boundary layer. The fluctuating wind velocity time histories at the incoming flow of the large port loading and unloading facilities were measured, providing fundamental data for wind load and wind effect analysis. Wind load force measurement tests were performed on the large port loading and unloading facilities, which were used to verify the pressure data and the overall base force measurement test data. Measurement of the six-component forces at the wind load base facilitates the verification of wind-induced vibration response analysis algorithms and the establishment of wind-resistant design methods. The data collection period spanned from June to August 2023. For the wind environment simulation test, the sampling frequency was set to 1024 Hz, the sampling duration for each sample was 30 seconds, and the number of sampling points per measurement point for each sample was 30720. For the wind load force measurement test, the sampling frequency was set to 1000 Hz, the sampling duration was 60 seconds, and the number of sampling points per measurement point for each sample was 60000.
