Population genetics analyses of Anaphalis margaritacea complex in Japan using MIG-seq

In the Japanese Archipelago, Anaphalis margaritacea complex is classified into three varieties with distinct geographical distribution or ecological habitat. These varieties are genetically closely to each other, not having allowed for us to reveal their differentiation processes. Therefore, we use the genome-wide SNPs obtained by MIG-seq for population genetics analyses including demographic modeling analyses to reveal details of them.
