Current-Voltage Response Dataset of MoS₂-BP Heterojunction Spectrometer under Multiple Gate Voltages

This dataset comprises current-voltage response data from a MoS₂-BP heterojunction-based miniature spectrometer under multiple gate voltages (Vg = -20V, 0V, +20V). It is used for training and validating various neural network models (including ANN, LSTM, GRU, Transformer, and 1D CNN) to achieve high-precision nonlinear mapping from electrical responses to Gaussian spectral parameters. The dataset provides essential experimental support for developing high-accuracy, self-powered, broadband miniature spectrometers, and is suitable for spectral reconstruction algorithm research, device performance evaluation, and optoelectronic applications of 2D materials.
