数据涵盖江苏交通控股有限公司管辖的江苏省范围内90%以上高速路网的实时拥堵情况，根据拥堵产生的实际范围，动态产生拥堵的空间和时间信息数据，包括拥堵范围、拥堵时间、拥堵区域平均行驶速度等。This dataset covers real-time congestion conditions of over 90% of the expressway network within Jiangsu Province under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Transportation Holding Co., Ltd. It dynamically generates spatial and temporal information related to congestion based on the actual scale of congestion events, including congestion scope, congestion duration, average driving speed in congested areas, and other relevant metrics.
