研究构建了硼掺杂量子点,铝掺杂氧化锌(AZO)和锡掺杂氧化铟(ITO)三种中红外微纳结构/材料。结构的光吸收和形貌表征数据来源于以下仪器:傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(VERTEX 70)、透射电子显微镜(FEI Tecnai F20)、扫描电子显微镜(Inspect F50)、光学显微镜(Olympus BX53M)。对本数据集对应于获得 SPP 共振波长在 3-10 μm 波段的金属/掺杂纳米晶体项目关键指标。
This study constructed three mid-infrared micro-nano structures/materials: boron-doped quantum dots, aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO), and tin-doped indium oxide (ITO). The optical absorption and morphological characterization data of these structures were acquired using the following instruments: Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (VERTEX 70), transmission electron microscope (FEI Tecnai F20), scanning electron microscope (Inspect F50), and optical microscope (Olympus BX53M). This dataset corresponds to the key indicators of the project targeting metal/doped nanocrystals with surface plasmon polariton (SPP) resonance wavelengths in the 3–10 μm band.
