带式输送系统典型故障数据集

本数据集围绕港口带式输送系统核心故障检测需求构建,聚焦输送带内部/表面缺陷及滚筒包胶表面缺陷的多模态图像数据。数据集共包含三类核心数据:输送带内部结构图像:通过工业X光设备采集,清晰呈现钢丝绳芯/芳纶带芯的早期撕裂、断裂等隐蔽缺陷;输送带表面图像:通过高清工业相机与红外热成像相机采集,精准捕捉撕裂、磨损等表面缺陷;滚筒包胶表面图像:通过高清工业相机采集,捕捉包胶脱胶、嵌入异物、磨损超标等表面故障。数据集共包含102个典型故障样本,其中序号1-39为输送带故障,40-81为钢丝故障,82-102为滚筒故障,均为红外与可见光图像。
This dataset is constructed to meet the core fault detection needs of port belt conveyor systems, focusing on multimodal image data for internal and surface defects of conveyor belts and surface defects of drum rubber coatings. The dataset includes three core categories of data: 1. Conveyor belt internal structure images: collected via industrial X-ray equipment, clearly presenting hidden defects such as early tearing and fracture of steel cord cores and aramid belt cores; 2. Conveyor belt surface images: collected via high-definition industrial cameras and infrared thermal imaging cameras, accurately capturing surface defects such as tearing and wear; 3. Drum rubber coating surface images: collected via high-definition industrial cameras, capturing surface faults such as rubber peeling, embedded foreign matter and excessive wear. The dataset contains a total of 102 typical fault samples, where samples numbered 1 to 39 are conveyor belt faults, 40 to 81 are steel cord faults, and 82 to 102 are drum faults. All samples are equipped with both infrared and visible light images.
