microbial diversity of Luzhou Baijiu Daqu in different regions of Henan

This study using high-throughput sequencing technology, physical and chemical analysis and research in different areas, henan luzhou-flavor baijiu daqu differences in physical and chemical properties and microbial community structure. High throughput sequencing analysis showed that 9 phyla and 28 genera of bacteria, 3 phyla and 8 genera of fungi were detected from the four Daqu.
