实验结合多物理场模拟揭示了SOFC电池堆运行时的多物理场分布规律,为电池堆结构优化提出方向,获得了电池堆健康运行条件。数据库包括SOFC电池堆多物理场模型、模型验证、电堆性能模拟研究和SOFC电池、电堆、5kW级SOFC电池堆单元性能研究的数据,模拟数据产生于COMSOL 5.3、Aspen Plus 14.5,主要反应了电池堆运行时温度、组分、电荷等物理场的分布规律;实验数据产生于电子负载,主要记录了实验时间、采集数据时间、电池堆运行温度、阳极和阴极气体流量、电压、电流、发电功率等实验数据,数据量3.55G,数据采集地点在清华大学燃料电池与储能研究中心服务器、苏州华清京昆能源有限公司实验室实验设备。
Experiments combined with multiphysics simulations reveal the multiphysics field distribution laws during the operation of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stacks, provide directions for stack structural optimization, and obtain the healthy operating conditions of the stacks. The database includes data from SOFC stack multiphysics models, model validation studies, stack performance simulation research, as well as performance research data on SOFC cells, stacks, and 5kW-class SOFC stack units. The simulation data was generated using COMSOL 5.3 and Aspen Plus 14.5, and mainly reflects the distribution patterns of physical fields such as temperature, species composition, and charge during stack operation. The experimental data was collected via electronic loads, primarily recording experimental parameters including test time, data acquisition time, stack operating temperature, anode and cathode gas flow rates, voltage, current, and power generation output. The total size of the dataset is 3.55 GB, and the data was collected at the servers of the Fuel Cell and Energy Storage Research Center of Tsinghua University and the experimental equipment in the laboratory of Suzhou Huaqing Jingkun Energy Co., Ltd.
