系统紧紧围绕粤港澳大湾区城市群多源固废资源化能源化与环境污染协同治理全过程一体化智能管控方面的关键问题和目标,紧密衔接专项、项目和课题定位及总体要求,以粤港澳大湾区典型生活垃圾、电子废物、危险废物等固体废弃物为对象,借助东莞市海心沙资源循环利用基地现有大数据分析平台和控制指挥中心等软硬件设施为基础,突破多源固废协同处置与综合利用过程中资源能源转化效率与环境风险物联网监控等资源环境要素智能管控关键技术;以开发生产运行管理数据采集平台为补充,完善多源固废协同处置与综合利用资源环境物联网监控体系;并采用大数据分析与建模技术对涉及固废类型、转化、成分等相关生产数据、运营数据进行统一规整分析,结合基地固废 能源协同利用、绿色发展战略等进行业务建模,实现基地内各种处置固废、物料转化的实时动态模拟、关键资源能源环境要素全过程跟踪、资源能源转化效率和生态效率动态评估等应用功能

This system focuses on the key issues and objectives of integrated intelligent management and control throughout the entire process of collaborative governance of environmental pollution, resource and energy recovery of multi-source solid wastes in the urban agglomeration of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). It closely aligns with the positioning and overall requirements of special projects, programs and topics. Taking typical solid wastes in the GBA including domestic waste, electronic waste and hazardous waste as the research objects, the system is developed based on existing software and hardware facilities such as the big data analysis platform and command and control center of the Haixinsha Resource Recycling Base in Dongguan. It breaks through key technologies for intelligent management and control of resource and environmental factors, including resource-energy conversion efficiency and IoT-based monitoring of environmental risks during the collaborative disposal and comprehensive utilization of multi-source solid wastes. Supplemented by the development of a production operation management data collection platform, it improves the IoT-based resource and environmental monitoring system for collaborative disposal and comprehensive utilization of multi-source solid wastes. Furthermore, it adopts big data analysis and modeling technologies to uniformly standardize and analyze relevant production and operation data related to solid waste types, conversion processes and components, and carries out business modeling in combination with the base's solid waste-energy collaborative utilization and green development strategies. Ultimately, it realizes multiple application functions such as real-time dynamic simulation of various solid waste disposal and material conversion within the base, full-process tracking of key resource, energy and environmental factors, and dynamic evaluation of resource-energy conversion efficiency and ecological efficiency.
