中药材高光谱图像

中药材样品具有两幅高光谱图像，分别基于SWIR和VNIR两个镜头记录的短波红外和可见-近红外图像。波长410-2500nm。每个中药材高光谱图像具有两个文件，两个文件类型分别为“HDR文件”和“光盘映像文件”，“HDR文件”为高光谱图像的头文件（文件大小2-5KB），“光盘映像文件”为高光谱图像所在的文件（根据图像大小，一般文件大小在0.3GB-1.6GB左右）。本数据可用于参加2022年人口健康共享杯大赛指定题目《高光谱图像的特征信息提取软件研发》。Two hyperspectral images are acquired for each Chinese medicinal material sample, which are short-wave infrared (SWIR) and visible-near infrared (VNIR) images captured by the corresponding lenses respectively, covering a wavelength range of 410–2500 nm. Each hyperspectral image corresponds to two files: an HDR file and an optical disc image file. The HDR file is the header file of the hyperspectral image, with a file size of 2–5 KB; the optical disc image file stores the actual hyperspectral image data, with a typical size ranging from 0.3 GB to 1.6 GB depending on the image scale. This dataset can be used for the designated task "Research and Development of Feature Information Extraction Software for Hyperspectral Images" in the 2022 Population Health Sharing Cup Competition.
