割草机是一种使用电动机作为动力源的割草工具。割草机转速波动率是割草机最高空载稳定转速的评价指标,转速越高,割草效果就越好,但同时也会增加噪音和磨损,并且油耗也会相应增加。通过割草机转速波动率的检测,可以提高机器的质量和性能,保障机器的工作效率和动力,也是割草机电机性能评估的重要指标之一。选取割草机样机进行最高空载稳定转速试验,测定割草机转速波动率。1、数据检测:使割草机在油门操纵手柄全开状态下空载连续运转1min,没有异响和紧固件松动,并测量转速。2、数据采集:测量6次割草机在最高空载稳定转速试验下的转速,并记录转速1、转速2、转速3、转速4、转速5和转速6,单位r/min。3、数据计算:对比6次转速,选出最高转速nmax和最低转速nmin,计算平均转速n=(转速1+转速2+转速3+转速4+转速5+转速6)/6,最后计算转速波动率β=(最高转速nmax-最低转速nmin)/平均转速n×100%。4、数据结论:根据DG-T177-2023,割草机转速波动率≤3.1%,则判定为合格,反之则为不合格。

Lawn mowers are grass-cutting implements powered by electric motors. The rotational speed fluctuation rate of a lawn mower is an evaluation index for its maximum no-load stable speed. A higher rotational speed delivers better grass-cutting performance, but will also increase noise, wear and tear, and correspondingly raise fuel consumption. Detecting the rotational speed fluctuation rate of lawn mowers can improve the quality and performance of the machines, ensure their operational efficiency and power output, and it is also one of the important indicators for evaluating the performance of lawn mower motors. Lawn mower prototypes are selected to conduct maximum no-load stable speed tests to measure their rotational speed fluctuation rates. 1. Data detection: Run the lawn mower continuously under no-load condition for 1 minute with the throttle control lever fully open, ensuring no abnormal noise or loose fasteners, and measure its rotational speed. 2. Data collection: Measure the rotational speed of the lawn mower 6 times during the maximum no-load stable speed test, and record the results as Speed 1, Speed 2, Speed 3, Speed 4, Speed 5 and Speed 6, with the unit of r/min. 3. Data calculation: Compare the 6 measured rotational speeds, select the maximum speed n_max and minimum speed n_min, calculate the average rotational speed n = (Speed 1 + Speed 2 + Speed 3 + Speed 4 + Speed 5 + Speed 6)/6, and finally calculate the rotational speed fluctuation rate β = (n_max - n_min)/n × 100%. 4. Data conclusion: According to DG-T177-2023, a lawn mower is deemed qualified if its rotational speed fluctuation rate is ≤3.1%, otherwise it is deemed unqualified.
