In summer, the heat absorption performance of seat cushions significantly affects the riding experience of drivers and passengers. This dataset can be used to conduct test evaluations of the heat absorption coefficients of automotive seat cushions, providing reference and technical support for government regulation and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Collect 10 leather seat cushions of the same type and quality for each distinct color. 2. Heat Absorption Coefficient Test: Set the test environment to 30°C. First measure the initial temperature of the seat cushion before placing it into the test environment, then transfer the cushion into the environment. After 120 minutes, measure its final temperature. Each color of seat cushions is tested 10 times separately. Define the absorbed heat as Q, initial temperature as t₀, final temperature as t₁, mass as m, and specific heat capacity as c, then calculate the absorbed heat using the formula Q = cm(t₁ - t₀). Define the heat absorption coefficient as q, calculated as q = Q / [m(t₁ - t₀)]. After calculating the 10 sets of heat absorption coefficients for each color, compute the average heat absorption coefficient for each color. The final results show that black seat cushions have the highest heat absorption coefficient, while white ones have the lowest. 3. Data Analysis: The darker the color of the seat cushion, the higher its heat absorption coefficient and the better its heat absorption performance, and vice versa.
