We obtained intestinal sample from a pig with diarrhea. We tested for viruses that cause diarrhea. Sample was negative for viruses that typically cause diarrhea, but MARC-145 cells were showing CPE suggesting presence of virus. We sequenced it and identified Porcine enterovirus G, which has never been reported in United States
