食蟹猴血清生化数据库

本数据内容为中国科学院昆明动物研究所2016年对172只食蟹猴进行血清生化检测的数据。数据分六类记录，一是肝功能数据，数据项包括：序号、品种、性别、年龄、样本类型、ALT、AST、AST/ALT、TP、ALB、GLOB、A/G、TBIL、D-BIL、ALP、IB；二是肾功能数据，数据项包括：序号、品种、性别、年龄、样本类型、BUN、CREA；三是血脂数据，数据项包括：序号、品种、性别、年龄、样本类型、CHOL、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C；四是血糖数据，数据项包括：序号、品种、性别、年龄、样本类型、GLU；五是电解质数据，数据项包括：序号、品种、性别、年龄、样本类型、Ca、P；六是心肌酶数据，数据项包括：序号、品种、性别、年龄、样本类型、LDH。
数据质量：本数据的样本采集和测定，严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》（第3版）操作。检测人员均有相应临床检测资质。样品采集后，均在规定时间内送达实验室。样品在实验室分析过程中，采用标准物质校准等方法，确保检测数据的质量。
数据来源：本数据来源于中国科学院昆明动物研究所实验动物中心实验动物档案。
数据生产方式：原始数据，未经加工处理。

This dataset contains serum biochemical test data of 172 crab-eating macaques collected by the Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016. The data is recorded in six categories: 1. Liver function data, including serial number, breed, gender, age, sample type, ALT, AST, AST/ALT ratio, TP, ALB, GLOB, A/G ratio, TBIL, D-BIL, ALP, IB; 2. Renal function data, including serial number, breed, gender, age, sample type, BUN, CREA; 3. Blood lipid data, including serial number, breed, gender, age, sample type, CHOL, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C; 4. Blood glucose data, including serial number, breed, gender, age, sample type, GLU; 5. Electrolyte data, including serial number, breed, gender, age, sample type, Ca, P; 6. Myocardial enzyme data, including serial number, breed, gender, age, sample type, LDH.

Data Quality: Sample collection and testing were strictly conducted in accordance with *National Clinical Laboratory Operation Procedures* (3rd Edition). All testing personnel hold corresponding clinical testing qualifications. All samples were delivered to the laboratory within the specified time after collection. Standard substance calibration and other relevant methods were adopted during laboratory analysis to ensure the quality of the test data.

Data Source: This dataset is derived from the laboratory animal archives of the Laboratory Animal Center, Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
