全国中医名家医案数据收录了从1948年到2010年全国中医名家的医案数据，共6430条，涵盖78名老中医，每条医案包括的内容有：所属哪个名老中医、科别、患者基本情况（性别、年龄、就诊时间和节气等）、望闻问切中的问诊（主诉、现病史、既往史、个人史、过敏史、家族史、刻下症）、望诊（舌象）、切诊（脉象）信息、辅助检查、辩证分析、诊断分析（中医诊断、西医诊断、中医证候、治则治法、方名、组成、用法、医嘱等）。中医名家医案数据为中医的智能辅助决策技术提供了基础数据支持。The National Dataset of Medical Records of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioners contains 6,430 valid medical records collected from 78 renowned veteran TCM practitioners across China, spanning the period from 1948 to 2010. Each medical record includes the following information: the corresponding renowned TCM practitioner, medical specialty, basic patient demographics and consultation details (gender, age, consultation time, solar terms at the time of consultation, etc.), the inquiry section of the four standard TCM diagnostic modalities (chief complaint, current medical history, past medical history, personal medical history, allergy history, family medical history, current symptoms), tongue manifestation obtained through inspection, pulse condition assessed via pulse-taking and palpation, auxiliary examination results, syndrome differentiation analysis, and comprehensive diagnostic analysis including TCM diagnosis, Western medicine diagnosis, TCM syndromes, therapeutic principles and methods, prescription name, ingredient composition, administration protocol, medical instructions, and other relevant content. This dataset provides fundamental data support for the development of intelligent auxiliary decision-making technologies in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
