蔬菜制品中甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量一直是消费者关心的问题,本数据主要用于监测鄞州区蔬菜制品中甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量指标的情况,通过检测数据,可以判断蔬菜制品中甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量是否符合食品安全生产标准,避免因甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量超标导致的食品安全问题,为监管部门提供监管依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。通过对鄞州区内50余种蔬菜制品进行采样;依据《食品安全国家标准法》GB 5009.97-2016,采用纸片法对各类蔬菜制品中甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量采样,带回实验室进行检测,筛选出甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)检测结果,通过GB 5009.97-2016对蔬菜制品中甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量标准进行判定,用于评估其食用的安全性,甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量合格率=合格样品项次数/检测样品数;蔬菜制品中甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计)残留量安全评价检测问题项检测结果可以作为食品行业安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
The residual amount of sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) in vegetable products has always been a concern of consumers. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the residual levels of sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) in vegetable products within Yinzhou District. Based on the test data, we can determine whether the residual amount of sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) in vegetable products complies with food safety production standards, thereby preventing food safety incidents caused by excessive residual sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid), providing regulatory basis for supervision departments, and further ensuring consumers' food safety. More than 50 types of vegetable products within Yinzhou District were sampled; according to the National Food Safety Standard GB 5009.97-2016, the residual amount of sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) in various vegetable products was sampled using the paper strip method, then transported to the laboratory for testing, and the test results of sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) were screened out. The residual standard of sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) in vegetable products was judged in accordance with GB 5009.97-2016 to evaluate their edible safety. The qualified rate of residual sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) in vegetable products = number of qualified sample items / total number of tested samples; The test results of problematic items for safety evaluation of residual sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclohexylsulfamic acid) in vegetable products can be used as a basis for safety evaluation of the food industry, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
