SKmDB

an integrated database of NGS information in skeletal muscle. SKmDB not only includes all NGS datasets available in the human and mouse skeletal muscle tissues and cells, but also provide preliminary analyses of the data including gene/isoform expression levels, gene co-expression subnetworks, as well as assembly of putative lincRNAs, typical and super enhancers and transcription factor hotspots.

骨骼肌二代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）信息整合数据库。SKmDB不仅收录了人类与小鼠骨骼肌组织及细胞的全部公开可用NGS数据集，同时还提供了针对上述数据集的初步分析结果，涵盖基因/转录本表达水平、基因共表达子网，以及推定长链基因间非编码RNA（long intergenic non-coding RNAs, lincRNAs）、典型增强子与超级增强子、转录因子热点区域的组装分析。
