Cryopreserved PBMCs from 10 individuals before and after vaccination were used to perform single cell RNA sequencing. Equal number of cells per individual were pooled together (5 individuals per pool)
The experiment consisted of several projects which were investigating the effects of spaceflight on a model organism of the nematode worm family (Caenorhabditis elegans).
