浙大二院2015年-2025年胃癌风险评估数据集

该数据为浙江大学医学院附属第二医院为牵头单位，在2015年开始在我院开展体检人群胃癌风险评估研究收集的真实数据。数据涵盖患者信息表（record_id、疾病史、用药史、手术史、幽门螺杆菌感染史、饮食习惯、抽烟史、饮酒史、睡眠情况、压力、胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素17、胃镜、病理）等多种功能形态，形成结构化数据的数据库。其应用场景包括体检人群胃癌风险评估、内镜筛查决策支持、科研分析等。This dataset consists of real-world data collected for a gastric cancer risk assessment study among physical examination populations, which was initiated in 2015 and led by The Second Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University. The dataset includes a patient information table with fields such as record_id, disease history, medication history, surgical history, Helicobacter pylori infection history, dietary habits, tobacco use history, alcohol consumption history, sleep status, stress level, pepsinogen, gastrin-17, gastroscopy findings, and pathology results, forming a structured database.
