Marine Management Organisation Legacy Marine Consents (Point)

This dataset contains the geographical extents of legacy Coast Protection Act 1949 (CPA) consents issued by either the Marine and Fisheries Agency (MFA) or its successor the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) up until 31st March 2011. A CPA consent was required for an activity to take place which may be detrimental to the safety of navigation.本数据集收录了截至2011年3月31日，由海洋与渔业管理局（MFA）或其继任者海洋管理组织（MMO）签发的、针对1949年海岸防护法案（CPA）的既有许可的地域范围。在可能对航行安全构成威胁的活动中，须获得CPA许可方可进行。
