The State Employee Survey 2021

The State Employee Survey 2021 has been carried out as a collaboration between Rambøll Management Consulting, DFØ and Statistics Norway. It's a representative survey which is carried out among government employees (NOT the armed forces, health corporations, etc.). A main purpose of the survey is mapping what it's like to work in the state, which provides important knowledge for further developing personnel policy and management. In 2021, topics such as commitment, ability to implement, competence, autonomy, management, trust, digitalisation, innovation, etc.. were dealt with.
