This dataset contains synchronized EEG and IMU recordings collected from 20 healthy adult participants during passive lower-limb flexion-extension movements at 1.0 Hz using a motorized rehabilitation pedaling device.EEG signals were recorded using a 16-channel wireless system and stored in BioSemi-compatible <code>.bdf</code> format. Lower-limb kinematic data were recorded using a three-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and provided in both original <code>.mtb</code> format (Xsens) and normalized <code>.txt</code> format.Each subject folder (e.g., <code>sub1</code>, <code>sub2</code>, ..., <code>sub20</code>) contains the participant’s raw EEG file, synchronized IMU data, and corresponding corticokinematic coherence (CKC) results in <code>.xlsx</code> format. Intermediate files such as ICA-cleaned EEG logs, acceleration norms, and CKC heatmaps are included for transparency.This dataset supports investigations of proprioceptive sensory processing, cortico-kinematic coupling, EEG–IMU signal integration, and objective neurorehabilitation assessment.
