Functional difference between TIF fusion protein and single protein

TIF is a fusion protein of TFF2-IFNα2-Fc. The same dose of TIF/IFNα2/TFF2 was used to stimulate THP-1 cells respectively in the presence of LPS. After extracting RNA, RNAseq technology was used to screen the expression of significantly differential genes induced by TIF/IFNα2/TFF2.
