本输入文件用于借助程序IMa2开展的、针对包含三个种群的隔离与迁移（Isolation-with-Migration, IM）模型的模拟分析，这三个种群分别为大陆雅库巴果蝇（D. yakuba mainland）、岛屿雅库巴果蝇（D. yakuba island）以及圣多美果蝇（D. santomea），所用数据集为完整线粒体DNA序列。
