本科学数据集的数据主要为高效低成本定向气化催化剂的制备及表征、生物质原位催化气化、生物质分级催化气化及生物质催化气化机理研究的相关数据,来源主要包括在林化所生物质热化学转化实验室公共测试平台和中国林业科学研究院林产化学工业研究所重点实验室仪器分析中心采集,实验数据均为实时采集和记录,并根据相关领域的实验和测试标准等文件来进行数据测试、采集和分析,保证实验数据的真实可靠性。中国林业科学研究院林产化学工业研究所副研究员孙云娟的指导下,工作人员徐卫和研究生任菊荣等在固定床气化反应装置(最高温度1200 ℃)进行气化实验,通过元素分析仪(Elemental V ario MICRO,德国)分析原料的成分,热值分析仪(IKA200,德国)分析原料的热值;通过气相色谱仪(岛津GC-2014,日本)在线分析气体成分;通过孔容孔径分布仪(ASAP2020M,美国)和X射线衍射仪(D8 FOCUS,德国)分析复合催化的孔容孔径比表面积和成分;通过气相质谱联用仪(GC-MS,Agilent 6890,美国)分析焦油成分。数据量1.6MB。
This undergraduate dataset mainly covers data related to the preparation and characterization of high-efficiency, low-cost targeted gasification catalysts, in-situ catalytic gasification of biomass, graded catalytic gasification of biomass, and research on the mechanism of biomass catalytic gasification. The data were mainly collected from the public test platform of the Biomass Thermochemical Conversion Laboratory of the Institute of Chemical Industry of Forest Products (ICIFP) and the Instrument Analysis Center of the Key Laboratory of ICIFP, Chinese Academy of Forestry (CAF). All experimental data were collected and recorded in real time, and tested, collected and analyzed in accordance with relevant experimental and testing standards in the field to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the experimental data. Gasification experiments were conducted by staff member Xu Wei, graduate student Ren Jurong and other personnel using a fixed-bed gasification reactor with a maximum temperature of 1200 ℃, under the guidance of Associate Research Fellow Sun Yunjuan from ICIFP, CAF. The composition of raw materials was analyzed using an Elemental Analyzer (Elementar Vario MICRO, Germany), and the calorific value of raw materials was analyzed using a calorimeter (IKA200, Germany). Gas composition was analyzed online using a gas chromatograph (Shimadzu GC-2014, Japan). The pore volume, pore size, specific surface area and composition of the composite catalyst were analyzed using a pore size and volume analyzer (ASAP2020M, USA) and an X-ray diffractometer (D8 FOCUS, Germany). Tar composition was analyzed using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS, Agilent 6890, USA). The total data volume of this dataset is 1.6 MB.
