The dataset is sourced from the public Parkinson Progression Marker Initiative (PPMI) dataset, which comprehensively assesses the statistical significance of the association between Parkinson's disease and a panel of indicators. It utilizes diverse data modalities including advanced imaging data, biological specimen data, clinical data, and human behavioral assessment data to determine the progression status of Parkinson's disease in patients. After our preprocessing, the dataset contains a total of 683 samples, including 217 healthy controls and 466 Parkinson's disease patients. The dataset documents laboratory biomarker measurement records spanning from several months to several years for each individual, alongside their current disease progression status, with a total of 15,798 records. It can be applied to the diagnosis and assessment of Parkinson's disease, as well as analyses of the disease.
