Mechanical and microstructural data for "The Influence of Grain Size Distribution on Mechanical Compaction and Compaction Localization in Porous Rocks"

The text files are mechanical data from triaxial (TRX) and hydrostatic (HYD) compression experiments performed on cylindric samples of sintered glass beads. The experiments were performed at the Ecole et Observatoire des Sciences de la Terre de Strasbourg following the procedure detailed by Baud et al. (2015), on water saturated samples, under confining pressure ranging from 30 to 190 MPa and a constant pore pressure of 10 MPa. The data files are .txt files of the evolution through the experiment of the following parameters: confining pressure Pc, pore pressure Pp, effective pressure Peff, effective mean stress P, differential stress Q, axial strain, and porosity reduction dPHI.
