本数据主要用于监测三门青蟹(膏)锰指标的变化情况,用于监管部门加强对三门青蟹养殖经营过程的监管。1.样品来源:本项目抽检的青蟹全部来源于三门县流通环节市场主体经营的青蟹,检测部位是膏。 2.数据检测:青蟹样品经处理并取出蟹膏,经消解后,由电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定,以锰元素特定质量数定性,采用外标法,以锰元素质谱信号与内标元素质谱信号的强度比与锰元素的浓度成正比进行定量分析。 3.数据判定:锰含量的计算,x=(ρ-ρ0)×v×f/m。试样锰含量,单位为毫克每千克或毫克每升(mg/kg或 mg/L);ρ试样溶液中被测元素质量浓度,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);ρ0试样空白液中被测元素质量浓度,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);V试样消化液定容体积,单位为毫升(ml);f试样稀释倍数;m试样称取质量或移取体积,单位为克或毫升(g或 ml)。计算结果保留三位有效数字。大于等于3mg/kg,为富含锰青蟹。4.数据应用:通过抽检数据分析研判,对通过抽检发现的不合格率较高区域,加强该区域水质、土壤的检测以及养殖过程的监管,提升三门青蟹质量安全水平。
This dataset is mainly used to monitor the changes of manganese index in the roe of Sanmen mud crabs, so as to help regulatory authorities strengthen the supervision of the breeding and operation process of Sanmen mud crabs. 1. Sample Source: All the crabs sampled in this project are from business entities operating in the circulation links of Sanmen County, and the tested part is the crab roe. 2. Data Detection: After the crab samples are processed and the crab roe is extracted, the samples are digested and then determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Qualitative analysis is carried out based on the specific mass number of manganese element, and quantitative analysis is conducted by adopting the external standard method, where the intensity ratio of the mass spectrometric signal of manganese to that of the internal standard element is proportional to the concentration of manganese. 3. Data Judgment: The calculation formula of manganese content is x=(ρ-ρ0)×v×f/m. The manganese content of the test sample is expressed in milligrams per kilogram or milligrams per liter (mg/kg or mg/L); where ρ is the mass concentration of the detected element in the test sample solution, in milligrams per liter (mg/L); ρ0 is the mass concentration of the detected element in the sample blank solution, in milligrams per liter (mg/L); V is the constant volume of the digested sample solution, in milliliters (ml); f is the dilution factor of the test sample; m is the weighed mass or pipetted volume of the test sample, in grams or milliliters (g or ml). The calculation results shall be retained to three significant figures. Samples with manganese content ≥3 mg/kg are classified as manganese-rich Sanmen mud crabs. 4. Data Application: Through the analysis and evaluation of the sampling inspection data, for areas with a relatively high non-conformity rate found by sampling inspections, strengthen the detection of water quality and soil in these areas and the supervision of the breeding process, so as to improve the quality and safety level of Sanmen mud crabs.
