By measuring structural load responses, it infers variations in structural properties, detects and evaluates the structural condition as well as the development trends of its performance. Subsequently, it deduces the overall safe service state of the structure in accordance with the principle of “from inside to outside, from surface to interior, and from local to overall”, to support economical and efficient safe operation decision-making throughout the full life cycle of the structure.
