The comprehensive energy balance sheet is compiled based on individual energy balance sheets, serving as an organic integration rather than a simple aggregation of these individual sheets. It comprehensively aggregates, processes, and organizes all energy categories, eliminating various repetitive factors in the production and consumption of primary and secondary energy, and comprehensively reflects the quantitative relationships across all links of the entire energy system flow, including the formation of total energy resources and the composition of energy consumption. The data is categorized by indicators including energy available for local consumption, input (-) and output (+) of processing and conversion, terminal energy consumption, and total energy consumption. Electric power and heat are converted using equivalent calorific value, thus the processing and conversion losses do not include losses from power generation and heating; electric power is converted using equal calorific value. The dataset is collated from the Qinghai Statistical Yearbook released by the Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
