海淀智慧能源城市大脑-电力看房管. 独居老人关爱监测数据集

利用电力数据和及户档案数据为基础，识别保障房中独居老人状态和独居老人安全隐患预警，当好独居老人的电保姆，激发电力大数据的赋能价值，部分独居老人试点开展“独居占比”测算，以达到帮助街道工作人员精准服务独居老人。以电力大数据之力助力打造“老有所安”的宜居环境，增强了他们生活的安全性和便利性，进而为政府部门掌握区域独居老人情况、制定社会养老服务政策提供数据支撑。Based on electric power data and household profile data, this dataset is developed to identify the living status of elderly people living alone in affordable housing and issue early warnings for their potential safety hazards, serving as a dedicated 'electricity care provider' for the elderly living alone and unleashing the enabling value of big power data. Pilots for calculating the 'proportion of elderly living alone' have been carried out among some elderly individuals living alone, aiming to help subdistrict staff provide targeted services to elderly people living alone. Leveraging big power data, this initiative helps build a livable environment where the elderly can age safely, enhancing the safety and convenience of their daily lives, and further provides data support for government departments to grasp the status of elderly people living alone in their respective regions and formulate social elderly care service policies.
