User tiers are classified via the ABCDEF classification method: - Tier A: assigned to users with a consumption proportion ≥ 0.3%; - Tier B: assigned to users with a consumption proportion ranging from 0.25% (inclusive) to 0.3% (exclusive); - Tier C: assigned to users with a consumption proportion ranging from 0.2% (inclusive) to 0.25% (exclusive); - Tier D: assigned to users with a consumption proportion ranging from 0.15% (inclusive) to 0.2% (exclusive); - Tier E: assigned to users with a consumption proportion ranging from 0.1% (inclusive) to 0.15% (exclusive); - Tier F: assigned to users with a consumption proportion < 0.1%.
