稻谷的出糙率检验的高低直接反映了稻谷的工艺品质,方便企业对稻谷等级进行划分。一般出糙率高的稻谷,籽粒成熟,饱满,极少受病,虫害的影响,因此,加工出米率高,食用品质也较好,等级也越高。根据优质稻谷国家标准GB/T17891-2017为检验依据,对稻谷出糙率进行检验,方便企业对稻谷等级进行划分。通过检测仪器,记录稻谷化验重量m(g),剥壳后不完善粒质量m1(g),糙米质量m2(g),不完善粒质量m3(g),再得以计算得出稻谷出糙率,计算公式如下:稻谷出糙率(%)=【(m1+m2)-(m1+m3)/2】/m*100%。结果与标准中的规定一致,对稻谷等级进行划分,出糙率≥79%,则为一级稻谷;出糙率≥77%,则为二级稻谷;出糙率≥75%,则为三级稻谷;出糙率≥73%,则为四级稻谷;出糙率≥71%,则为五级稻谷;
The brown rice rate test of paddy rice directly reflects its processing quality, facilitating enterprises to classify the grades of paddy rice. Generally, paddy rice with a higher brown rice rate has mature, plump grains and is rarely affected by diseases and pests. Therefore, it features a higher milled rice yield, better edible quality, and a higher grade. According to the national standard for high-quality paddy rice GB/T 17891-2017 as the inspection basis, the brown rice rate of paddy rice is tested to facilitate enterprises' classification of paddy rice grades. Through testing instruments, the weights of paddy rice samples are recorded: initial sample weight m (g), mass of imperfect grains after dehulling m1 (g), mass of brown rice m2 (g), and mass of imperfect brown rice m3 (g). The brown rice rate of paddy rice can then be calculated using the following formula:
The brown rice rate (%) = [(m1 + m2) - (m1 + m3)/2] / m × 100%.
Consistent with the provisions of the standard, the grades of paddy rice are classified as follows: paddy rice with a brown rice rate ≥79% is Grade 1; ≥77% is Grade 2; ≥75% is Grade 3; ≥73% is Grade 4; ≥71% is Grade 5.
