在硼硅玻璃制造领域熔炼制成的标准化对产品的质量起到决定性作用,如何在现有的技术工艺下提高玻璃品质和良率是行业人一直探索和思考的问题。随着大数据和云计算的发展,传统制造业是否能采用大数据的方式来改善工艺成为企业发展与应对市场变化的突破点。玻璃的在生活中的用途特别广泛,覆盖建筑、医疗、生活、交通、特种设备等等无处不在,所以玻璃的分类也特别的繁杂。生产的细分方向也很多,生产企业很难找到符合自身可用的生产数据。本数据集就解决低硼硅玻璃熔炼制成的关键数据少的问题。使用我司发明的玻璃生成流程监控系统应用于低硼硅玻璃的熔炼制成,系统使用温度、激光、压力、频谱等传感器采集到原始制成数据。原始数据通过5g信息传输实时导入系统的云计算中心,采用频谱分析、曲线截取、模拟复核等算法生成智能数据集。数据集使用自有产权监控系统,自有生产流水线,自己销售产品制成的标准化数据;数据格式通用,数据样本丰富,可用于低硼硅玻璃生产制造、研发、学习、调试等场景。

Standardization of the smelting process in borosilicate glass manufacturing plays a decisive role in product quality. Improving glass quality and yield under existing technical processes has long been a core issue explored by industry stakeholders. With the advancement of big data and cloud computing, whether traditional manufacturing can leverage big data to optimize processes has emerged as a breakthrough for enterprises to drive development and adapt to market fluctuations. Glass is widely applied across numerous fields including construction, medical care, daily life, transportation and special equipment, leading to highly diverse classifications of glass products. Additionally, there are numerous specialized production directions, making it difficult for manufacturing enterprises to find tailored production datasets that meet their specific needs. This dataset addresses the shortage of critical data in the smelting process of low-borosilicate glass. Our company's independently developed glass production process monitoring system is deployed for the smelting stage of low-borosilicate glass production, collecting raw process data through sensors such as temperature, laser, pressure and spectrum sensors. The raw data is transmitted in real-time to the system's cloud computing center via 5G, and an intelligent dataset is generated via algorithms including spectrum analysis, curve interception and simulation verification. The dataset comprises standardized data collected from our proprietary monitoring system, self-owned production lines and in-house manufactured and sold products. It features universal data formats and abundant samples, and can be utilized for scenarios such as production, R&D, learning and debugging of low-borosilicate glass.
