This dataset supports high-precision surface processing of workpieces or materials using laser processing equipment, such as engraving drawings or portraits on workpiece surfaces. Its core applications are as follows: first, selecting appropriate processing power and processing speed based on the rated power of the laser processing equipment to achieve optimal or satisfactory processing effects, and fabricating patterns with a predetermined DPI value on the material surface while guaranteeing processing accuracy. Second, mitigating the heat generated during processing: by adopting suitable air pressure and airflow rates, the processing heat can be dissipated in a timely manner, preventing heat accumulation from leading to excessively high local temperatures and thus spontaneous combustion of the materials. Moreover, this dataset can also assist in removing the particulates produced by laser processing, avoiding their attachment to the product surface which would negatively impact visual perception, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the processed surface.
